Local studio or national service?

National services advertise flat prices from about $179 to $279 and send whichever photographer is free. A local studio costs about the same, sends the same people each time and knows the area and Bright MLS.

How to choose

Start with photos and a floor plan for every listing. Add video and twilight when the home is above the local median or the exterior is its selling point. Add virtual staging for vacant homes.
