The first impression of your listing happens online, in the few seconds someone spends scrolling through photos. HDR photography earns its keep right there. By blending several exposures of the same shot, HDR captures the full range of light in a room at once: the view through a bright window, the warmth of interior lighting and everything in between, without blown-out windows or dark corners.
Every listing we shoot gets this treatment as the foundation: sharp, color-accurate, carefully edited images that show a property the way it looks and feels in person, not over-processed. Verticals stay straight, colors stay true, and rooms look the way a buyer sees them walking through the door.

How long does a shoot take?
Most homes take 45 minutes to an hour on site. Homes over 3,000 sq ft with a floor plan take about two hours.
When will I get the photos?
Within 24 hours of the shoot. You get a download page with MLS-sized and full-resolution files, plus a property website.
How should the home be prepared?
Follow our Getting Ready guide: park cars on the street, put away clutter, toys and trash cans, make the beds, and hide personal items in bathrooms. We adjust blinds and lighting ourselves.
Can you shoot occupied homes?
Yes. Most of our shoots are occupied homes. A tidy house and a little prep make the biggest difference.
Do you shoot rentals and short-term rentals?
Yes. We photograph rentals and Airbnb listings with the same process and pricing.
