Booking, delivery, pricing and prep, answered.
How do I book?
Choose a package or services at our online order form. You pick the date and time and get a confirmation right away.
What areas do you serve?
Central Maryland and Northern Virginia. See all service areas. We don't serve Washington, DC.
How fast will I get my photos?
Within 24 hours of the shoot, on a download page with MLS-sized and full-resolution files. Rush delivery is $45.
How do I get my photos?
You'll get a download page with MLS-sized and full-resolution files, plus a branded and an unbranded property website.
Do you offer drone photography?
No. We don't offer drone or aerial photography.
Do you shoot rentals and short-term rentals?
Yes. We photograph rentals and Airbnb listings with the same process and pricing.
Is there a travel fee?
No. Travel is included within our service area. If the property is outside it, we'll quote before booking.
I used VHT Studios. Can I switch easily?
Yes. See switching from VHT: book online, and your first shoot works the same way you're used to.
How should the home be prepared?
Follow our Getting Ready guide: park cars on the street, put away clutter, toys and trash cans, make the beds, and hide personal items in bathrooms. We adjust blinds and lighting ourselves.
How long does a shoot take?
Most homes take 45 minutes to an hour. Homes over 3,000 sq ft with a floor plan take about two hours.
Do packages include a floor plan?
Yes. Every photo order and package includes a premium 2D floor plan. Gold includes 3D.
Do I need to disclose virtual staging?
Yes. Label staged photos as virtually staged and include the empty original. Check your MLS's current rules.
Can I add services after booking?
Yes. Call, text or email bookings@eastbluemedia.org and we'll add it to your order.
